Technical Supervisor, Facilities:
Manage a team of Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians in maintenance and repair of all Facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing in addition to general maintenance such as carpentry and general repairs.
Additional skills desired:
1.Understand drawings/blueprints
2.Strong contractor management skills
3.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external colleagues/customer interactions
4.Good computer and Microsoft skill
5.Experience managing work orders systems (eCMMS - Maximo)
6.Salary employee, ability to work rotating schedules, 24/7 On Call
7.Organize, able to manage record record-keeping/ documentation program
8.Experience in Life Science (GmP, GxP environments)
Maintenance Technician:
Provide general maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, carpentry, grounds.
Additional skills desired:
1.Proficient in computer and Microsoft programs
2.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
3.Teamwork mentality
4.Able to track and document work orders
5.Handyman skills, especially drywall repairs and wall painting.
6.Ability to support rotating schedules and On-Call schedules.
