Position Details:
Title: Technical Team Lead
Location: Rio Rancho, NM (relocation support on a case-by-case basis)
Shift: Day shift, typically M - F
Compensation: $30 - $34+/hourly rate depending on experience and qualifications plus OT as needed

Travel: Travel may be required (AZ, OR, OH) as part of training during the first two - three years

Position Description:
This role will be the equipment expert for the Intel team to support the installation, upgrades, commissioning and troubleshooting of company equipment to ensure we are providing technical customer focused support for all company equipment and will allow us to provide 7x12 on-site technical support to the customer.

Essential Functions:
• Support the company Service and Sales organizations in installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of all company equipment installed onsite.
• Provide project engineering/management support for new projects proposals and upgrade programs.
• Provide Expert technical support/first level of escalation for the site team and training for the on-site service team enhancing on-site service teams' ability to support the company equipment.
• Provide feedback to Intel Technical support group on equipment performance and support requirements.
• Work closely with the technical support team and PCs to ensure that NPI, CIP projects receive the appropriate field input and the local site team(s) have the training, procedures and the parts needed for CIPs and NPIs.
• Develop local work instructions and procedures as required to support installation, maintenance, and continuous
improvement programs.
• Lead on site regularly scheduled technical meetings to ensure that the site team is aware of all technical issues and lesson learned.
• Work with the team lead and site manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for the site team

Qualifications:
• AS degree or equivalent in relevant technical field, (full military equivalent may substitute for the AS degree), or 4+ years' related technical experience (i.e., military, electromechanical devices, comms)
• 5 years related industry experience including the completion of relevant training and competencies profiles defined within the training plan for the current position and has demonstrated understanding of the product.
• Electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
