Your Main Objective:

As a Technical Writer, you will provide support for the creation, preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents. This includes; system engineering, training, operational memos, office memos, special processing forms, and more. Will support and consult with senior leadership and technical personnel.

What Sets You Apart:

• Six (6) years of relevant professional experience as a Tech Writer.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional Tech Writer experience may be substituted for a BS degree.
• Possess the following Capabilities:

• Understand basic concepts (to include basic grammar concepts), responsible for writing technical copy of various types of documents.
• Gather technical information, prepares written text.
• Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, etc..
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefing targeted to a wide range of audiences.
• Research highly technical subject matter, organize information from multiple sources, and express technical information in written form.

Pay Range: Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
