Techno-Functional Project Manager/Engineer - Java, Snowflake, GC

An Insight Global client is looking for a techno-functional engineer to be able to help their development vertical. This vertical supports 2 primary initiatives which is comprised of 4 teams total. We need someone to work directly with the leaders across these teams to understand, monitor and keep track of the development progress being made across the vertical. For example, you will be keeping tabs on the progress and findings from each team and reporting that back to managers and directors so that these leaders can prioritize their time and not have to spend hours chasing down answers. You will also help in the planning, execution, and capacity planning for these projects and notify leaders as the findings have been identified, worked on, and closed by the teams. There will also be times when you are asked to get hands-on with the engineering as well which could be multi-stacked with GCP, Salesforce, and Java for integration services.

Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering experience with Java, GCP and/or Salesforce
o Need to be able to identify and understand findings and gaps, and know how to address them.
o Also need to be able to pickup stories and deliver on them when needed.
- Attention to detail and organizational management of projects
