About this team

As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic transformation of our QA practices to QE across the organization. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our technology solutions. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive change, foster innovation, and deliver results.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform QA practices to QE at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QE professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QE practices into the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of QE practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive DevOps principles to enhance collaboration and speed of delivery goals.
  • Partner with SRE to enhance reliability and product readiness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QE, incorporating them into our strategy and practices.



Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, such as Quality, Engineering, SRE
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QE best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$190,400-$249,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
