Position Summary:
The Technology Operations Analyst takes a supportive role in overseeing office-facing tasks and operations on behalf of the Houston and Austin offices and Technology Team. This role serves as a supportive interface with the Operations Administration and Technology Office Management which supports the entire department. Focusing on matters related to policy, process, and cultivating departmental culture are considered core duties of the role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee department day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining travel procedures for staff members
  • Assist with coordinating departmental events, such as meetings, conferences, and operation logistics
  • Assist with booking hotels, rental cars, and airfare for the Technology Department
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Assist with facilitating office budgets and expense reports
  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding processes for new employees
  • Handle correspondence emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals
  • Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist in maintaining office records and filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and employee satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Stay updated on office technology and software, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Assist with conducting research and discovery, gathering data, and providing administrative support to various teams as needed

Education/Qualification:
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business ethics
  • BA in management or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of office management or related experience
  • General competence of business technology consumption and the importance of strong support
  • Background in supporting teams through transformational change is required
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate


Other Duties:
  • Ability to travel 50%- 75% of the time

  • Performs other duties as assigned
