QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED);
2. Ability to pass ALSDE background check;
3. Experience and/or training in iOS, Windows, and Linux platforms preferred;
4. Basic Certifications preferred
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Setup, support, troubleshoot and maintain district owned devices, including but not
limited to Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, desktops, etc.;
2. Setup, support and maintain computer peripheral equipment, including but not limited to,
printers, scanners, projectors, interactive panels, etc.;
3. Provide technical support for hardware, software, makerspaces, and program-based issues
via on-site, remote, phone, email, chat, etc.;
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software failures;
5. Maintain precise inventory control to ensure protection of district technology assets;
6. Respond to support requests in a timely manner;
7. Communicate effectively with technology staff, administrators, teachers, and students;
8. Assist Technology Specialist in troubleshooting and maintaining servers and network
hardware when required;
9. Assist Network Administrator in troubleshooting and maintaining WAN/LAN
infrastructure;
