The Telecom Data Analyst is responsible for managing telecom expenses, analyzing telecom data, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role will work closely with telecom providers and carriers, engaging with them on matters related to billing and invoicing, activating, and disconnecting services, and supporting automation integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), telecom invoicing, and a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in telecom expense management or telecom-related roles.

* Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and best practices.

* Strong knowledge of telecom services, including voice lines, data circuits, and internet services.

* Experience with telecom billing and invoicing.

* Proficiency in telecom management platforms (TEM), such as Asignet, Tangoe, or similar.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Knowledge of API integrations and telecom provider systems is a plus.
