One of Insight Global's clients within the higher education sector is looking for an Operations Specialist who is an expert in software-based conferencing solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). The ideal candidate will be experienced with unified communication processes and solutions, and may have a background in telephony, computer operating systems, and/or telecommunication switching systems.
Compensation:
$21/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related.
- Background in computer operating systems, network functions, and/or telecommunication switching systems.
- 3-5 years of experience as a telecommunications specialist/technician/engineer.
o PBX experience.
o Understanding of ATA.
o Using testing equipment/being able to do measurements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience providing support/operations with on-prem/cloud platforms
- Expert knowledge/hands on experience with software based conferencing solutions and how they integrate with hardware vendors.
