A tech company is looking for a Telephony Technician to sit in Enfield, CT. This person is going to be part of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) Team. This role is going to involve maintaining, deploying and troubleshooting telecommunication systems to ensure connectivity and operation across the client network. On a day to day, this person will be working with telecommunication systems like RingCetntral, Avaya Cloud Office, Avaya IP Office 500, ESI and other technologies similar. This person is going to be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving client telecommunication system issues, ensuring minimal downtime. They will also be coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to integrate and upgrade the systems. The pay rate range for this role is $45-$48/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience working with telecommunication systems such as RingCentral, Avaya Cloud Office, Avaya IP Office 500 & ESI
Understanding of Network Infrastructure, VoIP and client relationship management
Certification in telecommunications or related fields
