We are looking for a Temp Purchasing Coordinator for a top beauty company in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Creating/Modifying Purchase Orders as needed.
• Review open Purchase Orders on a regular basis & ensure alignment with contract manufacturer open order reports.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding updates/changes to Purchase Orders.
• Expedite Orders for Finished Goods when necessary.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics departments to maximize efficiency in the Purchasing department.
• Troubleshoot potential supply chain issues related to Purchasing, partnering with cross functional teams for solutions as necessary.
• SKU/BOM creation in system.
• Updating Google Sheets with Finished Goods ETA when appropriate.
• Perform other duties relating to Purchasing as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience
• Detail oriented and analytical in your approach
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Communication skills and ability to multitask.
