Temporary Copy Center Specialist

The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services is seeking a Temporary Copy Center Specialist to work in our Copy Cat location in Scaife Hall (Medical School). Copy Cat is the University of Pittsburgh's full-service, on-campus print center. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operates print and bindery equipment to reproduce a variety of printed products.
• Provides consultation and assistance to customers to fulfill print and bind requests.
• Reports inventory levels of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables to lead operator.
• Follows start-up and close-down procedures, completes daily production logs, and records appropriate information for data entry.
• Stocks shelves and stages supplies required for production.
• Performs data entry
• Other duties as assigned.
