Job Description:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist who is responsible for photocopying, scanning, binding, collating, hole punching, and related document production services timely and efficient manner within set deadlines, maintain job tickets and billings for jobs.
  • This position involves tasks like pickup and delivery of photocopy assignments to all schools, collects and reports copy counts.
  • Ability to Sort, prepare, and process bulk mailings for the district.
  • Ability to maintain the machines and equipment of the production center; including daily maintenance and contacting outside vendors for repair.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint software programs proficiently.
