JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform routine work activities of the department. Provide clerical support related to facility rentals within the district.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain and control access to the operations center.


2. Perform clerical duties assisting staff.


3. Exercise good telephone etiquette, receive incoming calls, answer routine questions, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.


4. Maintain confidentiality.


5. Maintain regular attendance.


6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• General computer knowledge
