Your Role: As a Testing Engineer with us, you'll dive deep into technically complex software applications, putting your expertise to the test to ensure they meet and exceed expectations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Decode Complexity: Dive into system requirements and unravel their capabilities, transforming high-level requirements into actionable test cases.
  • Craft Precision: Develop meticulous test procedures to rigorously validate and verify software capabilities, ensuring every aspect performs flawlessly.
  • Execute Excellence: Conduct thorough testing on complex software applications, meticulously documenting your findings and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Illuminate Workflows: Document workflows to provide clarity and streamline processes for seamless collaboration.
  • Support Innovation: Collaborate closely with our test team, providing valuable input for test reviews and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Experience That Counts: Bring at least 6 years of hands-on experience testing software applications, showcasing your deep understanding of the testing process at both unit and system levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in developing test plans, procedures, and verification statements, with experience in tools like Playwright or Selenium.
  • Agile Advocate: Embrace Agile and DevOps methodologies, leveraging your comprehensive understanding to drive efficiency and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communication Champion: Communicate with clarity and precision, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Education & Credentials: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.


Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Security Savvy: Hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph, bolstered by a Security+ certification.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Java and modern web client technologies, enabling you to navigate and test complex code with confidence.
  • Agile Advocate: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
  • Passion for Space: While not required, a background in space systems would be a stellar addition to our team.
