About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Test Engineer to perform board-level and detailed testing on a Client's products for Novus Labs. This role involves using advanced test equipment and techniques to gather critical data that will guide product-level decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, probing, and other test equipment, and be adept at data analysis and reporting.

About You
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering, with hands-on experience in board-level and detailed testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes, test equipment, and probing tools.
  • Experience with power consumption measurement, temperature chamber testing, and timing measurement techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed technical reports.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy and reliability in test results.
  • Knowledge of PCB level high-speed signal testing techniques and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with advanced data analysis software and tools.
  • Experience with equipment automation.
  • Experience with high speed and signal integrity analysis.
  • Experience with logic analyzers and troubleshooting digital circuits.
  • Experience in S-parameter testing and analysis for high-frequency circuit characterization.
  • Knowledge of eye diagram analysis and jitter measurements for high-speed signals
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or field related to the products being tested.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
