Position Responsibility Highlights include:

• Therapeutic Program Assistant assists the Facilties Program Director to enhance the physical, cognitive, and social function of our residents.

• Promote programming initiatives within the community to encourage participation.

• Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure safety.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read write and understand the English Language

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a geriatric facility is preferred.
