A Unique Opportunity

Thrive with Baird is a one-day women's development program featuring discussions about Baird's Global Investment Banking platform from our Defense & Government and Real Estate teams including an overview of our summer analyst internship opportunities. Attendees will have multiple networking opportunities with Baird Associates. The Thrive with Baird event application deadline is October 7, 2024, and all accepted participants will be notified the week of October 14.

What we Look For:

• Current enrollment in bachelor's degree program as a sophomore who identifies as female
  
• Candidates must have a track record of proven academic excellence
  
• Eligible for and interested in exploring our Global Investment Banking Internship opportunities on our Defense and Government or Real Estate teams in Tysons Corner, VA
  
• Open to all majors
