Responsibilities

As a Ticket Operations & Data Analytics Specialist, your role will involve a range of duties within ticket operations and data management. You'll help with various tasks including event creation, order handling, inventory management, and payment plans. You'll also provide mobile ticket assistance, handle ticket exchanges, and deal with member account requests.

You'll work in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders on event logistics and the execution of sales strategies. Serving as the primary point of contact for ticket sales representatives and external ticket partners, you'll help with the logistics and execution of ticket packages and special offers.

You'll work with ticket providers and platforms to solve system issues, set up events, and generate reports. Similarly, you'll assist the Finance team in reconciling event-related matters.

Your role will also involve aiding the Ticket Sales department with form creation and data capture, managing internal complimentary ticket requests, and coordinating with the team's operations staff to meet ticket requests. You'll also be responsible for compiling ticket sales and league reports.

This job is multi-faceted and will allow you to interact with different stakeholders, manage various tasks, and contribute significantly to the overall customer service experience.

Qualifications & Proficiencies
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc. is beneficial

Requirements
  • Education: High School degree
  • Experience and Values:
    • Ideally has one year of experience in ticket operations or sales
    • Enjoys regular interactions with customers
    • Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities
    • Possesses outstanding written communication and time management skills
