JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ticket Sales and Retention Executive is responsible for driving new ticket plan sales, renewing existing season and flex plan members, and managing individual package holders, all while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining regular touchpoints to boost client satisfaction year-round.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Build strong relationships with ticket plan holders through proactive communication methods like seat visits, phone calls, emails, and client office visits.
    • Generate new business from referrals by current season and flex plan members, including groups, mini-plans, and season tickets.
    • Keep client information updated in the CRM, ensuring accurate records of payments, activity logs, and tasks.
    • Ensure financial accounts are up-to-date and clients stay on the correct payment schedules.
    • Oversee the annual renewal process for ticket accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
    • Represent the organization at Reading Royals hockey games, promotional events, and other activities.
    • Provide professional customer service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of team events, ticket holder benefits, and arena details.
    • Prospect and gather leads through cold calling, meetings, and data collection forms, following up on ticket plans as needed.
    • Create excellent fan experiences and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with ticket sales initiatives.
    • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Track and report on sales progress, client interactions, and outcomes to the VP of Operations & Director of Ticketing.
