Job Summary:

The Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Ticket Sales department and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the planning, development, execution, and fulfillment of tickets and hospitality packages sold for both Spring Training and the Lakeland Flying Tigers seasons. Act as the liaison between Sales, Box Office, Food Service, and all other departments to ensure sales and service are communicated effectively.
  • Assist in training box office employees and ticket takers, while ensuring employees are following all ticketing system and box office processes and procedures.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons. Responsible for ensuring all ticket and customer service-related emails, texts, and phone messages are responded to in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and clean data, performing data cleansing, including the merging of duplicate accounts, as needed.
  • Maintain and ensure box office equipment is in working order, including ticketing equipment, workstations, ticket printers, handheld scanners, and pedestals.
  • Assist Box Office Manager with ticket research and budget related projects, accounting tasks, and creating and implementing campaigns designed to grow customer database.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales/customer service background is a plus
