The Ticketing Finance Coordinator will report to the Director of Ticket Operations - Events & Finances. They will assist in the day-to-day Ticket Operations of New Nissan Stadium, with an emphasis on daily financial reporting, commission tracking, end of month reporting and year-end balancing.

Responsibilities:
  • Balance and keep daily detailed reporting of all monies collected for PSLs, Suites, and all other ancillary events related to New Nissan Stadium.
  • Monitor bank accounts and process payments through the ticketing system.
  • Execute check payments through the ticketing system and banks.
  • Track all New Stadium sales and run monthly commissions for eligible reps based on sales commissions guidelines.
  • Perform general account maintenance within the ticketing system.
  • Assist in monitoring and resolving chargebacks, returned payments, and payment declines.
  • Assist in contract compliance for New Nissan Stadium sales.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience with SeatGeek Unify.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior accounting work experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the organization and department.
  • Availability to work Titans games and stadium events.
