The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

The US commerce recommendation team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendation products. We are looking for experienced PMs to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve high business goals.

Job Description:
1. User scenario operation: Operate different user scenarios in our tab, including search, recommendation etc;
2. Traffic efficiency optimization: optimize traffic in tab across different user scenarios, and responsible for CTR and CVR increasement;
3. Governance and experience cooperation: co-work with GNE team to ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform operation, user products, with a deep understanding of consumer and shopping habits;
2. Deep understanding of user scenarios and traffic operations, experience in search or recommendation would be a plus;
3. With outstanding data sensitivity, analyzing skills and summary capabilities.
