TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Building Operations Management to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day building operations, including facilities maintenance, security, HVAC systems, utilities management, and janitorial services.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility repairs, maintenance projects, and equipment installations, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, infrastructure, and safety protocols to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, facility upkeep procedures, and emergency response plans to address building emergencies, equipment failures, and safety incidents.
- Monitor building performance metrics, energy consumption, and operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, security, and finance, to support office expansions, relocations, and workplace changes while maintaining operational continuity.
- Manage building access control systems, security protocols, and emergency response protocols, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate workspace setups, office furniture installations, and space utilization initiatives to optimize office layouts, amenities, and employee comfort.
- Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and vendor management related to building operations and facilities management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Certification in facilities management is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in building operations management, facilities management, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, fire safety), and industry best practices in facilities management.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EMS), and facility maintenance software is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and act proactively to ensure building operations run smoothly.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, environmental sustainability practices, and building code regulations.
