Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for channel user operations on the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to various flash sale and promotional channels. Responsible for metrics such as channel DAU, revisitation rate, repurchase rate, etc.
2. Develop user acquisition, traffic generation, and retention strategies for channel audiences based on user characteristics and channel attributes to ensure quality growth of user base.
3. Manage front-end user engagement strategies, utilizing coupons and other benefits to enhance conversion rates for different user segments. Collaborate across the entire marketing product lifecycle to refine marketing product requirements and drive product iterations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field or above, more than 5 years of e-Commerce work experience, more than 1 year of event operation experience, familiar with mainstream product event operation strategies;
2. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, full of passion and creativity;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, data awareness and effect measurement awareness, strong learning ability, and good self-drive.
