Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience.

Role Overview: As the IPR Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure robust protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on our platform. This role combines strategic planning, quality assurance, and project management to optimize IPR-related moderation processes, enhance policy implementation, and safeguard our platform from infringement risks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive and reactive action plans that elevate the quality and effectiveness of IPR enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IPR protection strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of IPR-related moderation. Utilize quality management tools to identify and address inefficiencies in IPR enforcement policies.
- Lead proactive and reactive IPR enforcement efforts: Oversee the monitoring of potential infringements and collaborate with BPO partners to ensure high-quality IPR moderation. Conduct regular risk inspections and refine IPR enforcement processes and policies in collaboration with QA market leaders and local teams.
- Analyze and act on IPR data: Analyze complex data sets related to IPR to identify trends, assess enforcement performance, and provide actionable insights. Manage and validate rejection labels, penalties, and proactive measures based on detailed data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IPR guidelines: Develop a deep understanding of Seller, Listing, Content, and Intellectual Property Rights moderation guidelines. Work closely with policy teams to create and refine quality inspection standards and strategies specific to IPR.
- Lead IPR-specific projects: Initiate, lead, and guide projects focused on enhancing the efficiency and quality of IPR enforcement. Participate in large-scale projects to identify opportunities for improvement and provide business requirements (BRDs) related to IPR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Legal teams, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to align IPR moderation strategies with platform features and policies. Develop training materials and support teams to understand IPR guidelines.
- Conduct IPR risk assessments: Perform thorough risk assessments specific to IPR and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks. Ensure that IPR enforcement practices comply with local regulations, international standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Intellectual Property, Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in project management, IPR law, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IPR enforcement, e-commerce, online safety, quality analysis, or a related field. Proven experience in program or project management roles.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends related to IPR enforcement.
- Communication skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving in the context of IPR.
- Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple IPR-related priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- IPR expertise: Deep understanding of Intellectual Property Rights enforcement guidelines and strategies, including both proactive and reactive measures.
- Quality management: Experience with quality management tools and risk assessment methodologies specific to IPR.
- Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce compliance requirements, IPR laws, and internet governance management.
- Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead IPR-focused projects effectively.
