Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with experience in timekeeping system configuration? We are seeking a skilled Timekeeping System Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and configuring the Kronos timekeeping system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee time data.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple business units' requests and updates to the Kronos timekeeping system, assigning work to team members and ensuring timely completion.
• Configure the Kronos system by creating and updating Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accrual profiles, and more to align with evolving business policies.
• Monitor and manage the ticketing tool work queue, adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Address and resolve escalations from business unit staff and employees, providing analysis, resolution, and clear communication.
• Run and balance time files for weekly and biweekly payroll runs, supporting Supply Chain US, DGF US, and Cost Rica group on Express time files and inquiries.
• Support year-end tasks related to the Kronos system, including holiday table updates, MX pay period dates, and accrual adjustments.
• Collaborate with site representatives and managers to provide operational guidance and support.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Kronos application, managing tickets, emails, and triaging escalated issues.
• Assist in audits and projects related to the Kronos application.

Main Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in timekeeping system configuration, specifically with backend configuration of Kronos or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping processes and systems.
• Experience in managing system transitions or implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in team management is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards (e.g., labor laws) is a plus.
