Top Secret Cleared Voice Specialist (Shifts)

Insight Global is looking to add a Top Secret Voice Specialist to a federal client's Unified Capabilities O&M Incident Management Desk. This role is customer focused, where they will be monitoring DoD-wide voice/video support hardware and services (legacy and current offerings). This individual will maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTC's, network infrastructure and trunk circuits. This role is shift work to support a 24/7 environment which includes nights and weekends.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a Network focused role

Experience with VoIP / Voice platforms (TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems)

Active Top Secret Clearance

Security + Certification

Flexibility on shifts (24/7 rotating shifts)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Network+, CCNA, JNCIA, and similar/relevant certifications

Knowledge surrounding two or more of the following: Routers, Switches, PRI's, SBC, Video Gatekeepers, Network Monitoring Systems, and cryptography operation/configuration
