A company is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Dayton, OH for a direct hire opportunity. In this role you will work with business development and R&D team members to develop solutions for this group. Youll be responsible for coordinating with program teams, identifying technology and providing and developing roadmaps. On a day to day, you will be establishing best practices related to advanced electro-optic sensing and radio frequency threat warnings. Other responsibilities include engagement in proof of concepts, troubleshooting problems, and documenting technical features to the product. Additional duties, including contract growth and program growth is essential to the team. You will be joining a team of technical and business professionals.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
10+ years of experience in a technical field of electro-optics, RF sensor systems design, EO or RF sensor performance modeling
Ability to obtain a US Top Secret Clearance
Business development experience or experience providing contract communication to customers and associated individuals

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active Top Secret clearance
Experience as a solution architect or technical lead on contracts and captures
Experience with sensor systems and hardware in the loop and/or software in the loop testing
Experience working with the Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Force and /or DARPA
