*Remote Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Totara LMS Technology Specialist position! This person will need expertise on the Totara Learning Management System. This is a 6-12 month contract-to-potential hire role and can be remote in the United States. This employee will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

•Provide integration and technical implementation guidance on the Learning Management System Totara

•Integrate Totara with other systems (e.g., HR, CRM, or analytics platforms) for seamless data flow

•Effectively and quickly troubleshoot and diagnose application & network related issues

•Provide consultation and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams

What You'll Need to Have:

•Proven expertise on the implementation and hands on technical support of the Totara LMS Platform

•Prior experience leading the administration and configuration of the Totara LMS platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality

•High technical aptitude and ability to provide overall guidance on the integration of Totara with other systems.

•Strong written and verbal English communication skills

•Great organization skills with a positive and results-oriented attitude

Pay Range: $50-$60/hr+
