SUMMARY
The Trade Assistant performs a variety of minor and preventative maintenance duties involving physical labor and assists tradesmen as needed. This person will maintain mechanical rooms and work areas in clean and orderly condition, must be familiar with Hospital emergency procedures, polices the hospital grounds and assists with snow removal, and performs maintenance services and minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. One year experience in maintenance/trade field required.
3. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
