JOB PURPOSE

MSC Cruises, the world's third-largest cruise line brand is expanding its Trade Engagement team and hiring a Trade Training Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Trade Engagement, this is a newly created position to reflect the growth of our organization. The Trade Training Specialist will develop training content and conduct live and virtual trainings for our travel partners, supporting their continued development through ongoing training initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days/week in office in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Excellent benefits offered.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for creating content for MSC BOOK and MSC Masters our travel advisor platform.

Working with subject matter experts across various departments to develop on-demand and live virtual training for travel partners

Acting as the point person with vendor and content supplier

Responsible for collaborating with our marketing team and ensuring brand alignment

As part of trade engagement team will also be additional team contributor with our trade events team

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

Experience creating training content

Ability to trainnarrate and record training, modules for web base platform

Project management working with third-party vendors to create training modules for global platform

Must demonstrate the ability to facilitate training and have comfort with voice-over for web-based content.

Expert with PowerPoint and content creation design

Time management and deadline efficient

Web training experience and live training experience

Comfortable with public speaking and being on camera
