This position ensures fit between the Group requirements and the available skill resources planning, coordinating, leading and developing training programs. Position collaborates with other organization leaders to coordinate training efforts. Responsibilities would also include recruitment items such as marketing material, social media and branding activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING MISSION:

• Works with key management team to identify development needs and propose and develop solutions that incorporate appropriate level of formal and informal learning (classic & on-the-job training):
o Confers with various levels of staff to determine training needs;
o Collaborates with the diverse teams of SMEs and Training Specialists.
o Selects appropriate delivery - inside or outside the Company and on-the-job or classroom, as well as self-study, group instruction, video, case studies, online, etc.
o Designs and develops customized learning solutions (e-courses and classroom materials) that incorporated adult learning theory and principles of instructional design.
• Coordinates training for U.S. based facilities.
• Ensures adherence to training budget.
• Maintains training records to comply with Company Quality System.
• Collects evaluation data to assess effectiveness of all categories and types of training.

ATTRACTIVITY MISSION:

• Develop Safran Branding to candidates for all 3 SAU locations
• Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Develop marketing material for all social media avenues both internally and externally

c) Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Bac+5 / Master ) or university applicable to position and two years of relevant experience (apprentice for example) .

• Must have the ability to generate written communication and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and review written communication.
• Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interface on site manufacturing team

e) Physical Demands
• Must be able to stand, sit, stoop and lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
