Job Description
To enhance Kaseya's Global Training and Documentation Team, we are seeking a Customer Training Coordinator to help us execute excellent live and virtual customer learning experiences. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. You will manage training logistics to ensure that live and virtual training and certification classes run smoothly and efficiently.
A look inside the job
• Schedule virtual training sessions (vILTs), track attendance, and coordinate with trainers, internal stakeholders, and sales teams.
• Enroll learners via our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain training calendars and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of upcoming classes.
• Communicate training schedules, objectives, agendas, and logistics to learners in a clear and timely manner.
• Handle inquiries from learners regarding training programs, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Attend virtual training sessions to support trainers to ensure a smooth delivery via the training software and engagement tools.
• Publish training session recordings and other resources to the LMS.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of training evaluation surveys, and compile feedback for analysis.
• Maintain documentation of our training initiatives and enrollment processes.
About you
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably customer-facing.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), webinar software, ticketing software, and video editing tools is a plus.
Location, hours, and travel
Miami, Florida, USA. 100% in-office position.
Candidate will typically work EST hours with exceptions to support live and virtual training events in European and Asia-Pacific time zones, on average two evenings per month.
