DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Manages, coaches, mentors, and provides feedback to training roles.
- Provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training materials.
- Coordinates training logistics and manages classroom activities.
- Assesses current training programs and materials and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Creates e-Learning opportunities that support foundational training curriculum and align with curriculumgoals.
- Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials.
- Develops training content that may require disclosure or have IMP restrictions on it.
- Processes complex data for use in training and continuous improvement efforts.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 8 years of related experience required.
- Four to six years of training experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and facilitate training programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and eLearning/instructional design software (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate).
- Japanese-English bilingual fluency preferred.
- Requires working knowledge and experience in own job family and broadens capabilities; has worked withand is proficient with current practices and procedures.
- Requires expanded knowledge in own job family and broadens capabilities.
- AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Background in adult training theory and techniques required.
