Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree relevant to the construction and engineering industry
- Experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads), and TxDOT procedures
- Professional Engineer certification required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in an AEC-related firm
- Experience with client co-location during project phases
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with MicroStation ORD is advantageous
- Oversee and control project schedules and financial aspects
- Collaborate closely with the facility owner, acting as a representative for the client and the organization
- Apply advanced methodologies, theories, principles, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related disciplines
- Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring excellent communication skills
- Assume a leadership role on GEC and CEC programs for TXDOT, Regional Mobility Authorities, and other large agencies.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
