SCOPE OF POSITION
The Transporter is responsible for the transportation of patients and patient related equipment within the facility. The Transporter's role is to accurately and safely transport patients throughout the facility for needed diagnostic testing and treatment.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
See Table of Organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Healthcare experience preferred. High School diploma and/or GED required.Minors of 16 and 17 years of age who have not yet graduated from high school may be employed in this role as long as they remain actively enrolled in their secondary school program.
