Koch Capabilities is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Wichita, KS. This position will require a contribution-minded, detail-oriented individual. In this collaborative role, you will aggregate, analyze, and reconcile Koch's liquidity, understand daily and forecasted enterprise cashflows, and have the opportunity to work closely with Treasury, Investment, and Accounting personnel.

Our Team

The Koch Global Treasury team is the financial steward for the Koch enterprise and serves as a strategic partner to Koch's diverse operating and investment companies in the areas of Cash Management & Operations, Liquidity Management, and Capital Markets. As a Treasury Analyst on the Liquidity Management team, your role involves understanding the daily inflows and outflows of the Koch enterprise, preparing and reconciling liquidity reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with our operating businesses, trading and investment teams to understand incoming and outgoing cashflows
  • Gather data from multiple data sources and understand and analyze data to produce liquidity reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Reconcile liquidity changes and effectively communicate key drivers
  • Identify and implement process improvements on an ongoing basis
  • Understand the Koch liquidity framework to effectively challenge and provide recommendations for liquidity treatment
  • Assist with other Koch Treasury priorities and initiatives as needed


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Work experience in an Accounting or Treasury or Finance role or a Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • Experience using analytical skills to compile and analyze data and communicate drivers of fluctuations
  • Strong communication skills with experience learning from others, challenging results, and recommending solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Accounting consolidation or Treasury experience
  • Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, or Kyriba
  • Experience building visuals with Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Process improvement or transformation experience
