This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

This position supports the Harley-Davidson Treasury team in the management of cash and protection of Company assets through risk management, risk transfer and process controls. This position provides comprehensive treasury support for short-term forecasting, debt management, capital markets activities, banking and cash management, investments, and internal/external stakeholder relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, attention to detail, problem solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities
• Short-Term Forecasting: Prepare and analyze short-term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize the use of cash resources.
• Commercial Paper Issuance: Facilitate the issuance, under supervision, of commercial paper to meet short-term financing needs.
• Brokered CD Issuance: Manage the issuance, under supervision, of brokered CDs to minimize cost of funds.
• Cash Management Support: Assist in the daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, wire transfers, ACH payments, short-term investing, and issue resolution with our banking partners.
• Debt Covenant Administration: Monitor and manage debt covenants to ensure compliance with lender requirements and minimize financial risks.
• Credit Facility Administration: Oversee the administration of credit facilities, including monthly accruals and quarterly fees.
• Project Participation: Contribute to various treasury projects as assigned, such as system implementations or process improvements.
• Audit Support: Provide ongoing support to internal and external auditors, including documentation and data gathering.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is Preferred.
Experience Requirements

Required
• Minimum one (1) years' experience in Corporate Cash Management, Capital Markets or Treasury/Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and written and oral communication skills. Requires strong interpersonal skills, team orientation and high integrity.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
Preferred
• SAP and bank system experience a strong plus.
