Job Description

The Treasury Onboarding Consultant III is primarily responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to implement products and/or services solution for the largest and most complex customers. This role works independently to design, test, and implement an optimal solution for the customer. They also provide system training and education to the customer, and remain a point of customer contact for questions as needed. Serves as an informal lead to train and support lower level team members.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • In collaboration with TMOs and RMs, independently gather and analyze the needs of large or complex customers. Consult on their desired outcomes and best practices, evaluate the risks and scalability of custom solutions, and work with product managers and leadership to design and approve optimal solutions.
  • Independently configure, test, validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, communicate with vendors, suggest proactive improvements, and maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the 3-6 month implementation lifecycle.
  • Educate customers on implementations, respond to inquiries, collect necessary data, facilitate a smooth transition from sales to account management, and proactively offer tailored solutions based on customer interactions.
  • Act a Subject Matter Expert in Commercial Payment Solutions, leverage your deep industry knowledge to train junior staff, lead initiatives, and contribute to the development of new products and enhancements.


Education & Experience Requirements

Level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related degree with 5-6 years' related experience or 7-9 years' work related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance to Level I & II Onboarding Consultants on complex implementations
  • Thorough knowledge of Treasury products and/or services concepts
  • Strong Excel and Word experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
  • Strong vision and drive to identify and implement areas of improvement and automation
