This position will focus on investigating the product quality of digital advertising products. The Triage Specialist will work closely with team members across various departments, including Product, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Customer Support, providing a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge advertising products and internal tools.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
  • Investigate product quality: Assess and analyze product issues, ensuring top-notch quality and functionality.
  • Communicate launch risks: Clearly communicate potential risks and the severity of issues to relevant partners.
  • Document findings: Meticulously record and document findings to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with beta users and cross-functional teams: Maintain effective communication with beta users and teams across Product, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
  • Develop test cases: Create and implement test scenarios to identify the root causes of product bugs.

  • Strong product sense and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Support experience with tickets and engineering collaboration
  • Familiarity with ad tech (not a deal-breaker)
  • Experience in improving product experience based on support data
