TS VTC Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a VTC Engineer to sit onsite in Washington, DC. This person will be working with a team to pioneer the design of various video teleconferencing rooms from the ground up. Which includes designing the electrical architecture, cabling architecture, programming and configuring the devices, and design of the overall aesthetic of the room. This person will be responsible for travelling across multiple different locations in the US to complete these tasks per government customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Willing to travel 1-2 weeks every two months - company credit card provided
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree 7 - 12 years of experience
- Creston master programmer - writing the code for the Crestron systems

Languages preferred - C+, C#, Simpl+, and Simpl#
- Have to be able to design the systems - integrations with codex, Microsoft teams, and Crestron touch panels
- Knowing the electrical architecture requirements when designing the room
- Understanding of cisco infrastructure such as gateways

Crestron certification or video teleconferencing certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Has to be a team player
- Management experience

Worked previously for an integrator
