TS/SCI DevOps Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a talented TS/SCI Lead DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team within a DoD contracting company. As the Lead Engineer, you'll be pivotal in managing the program's infrastructure, encompassing both AWS and on-premises services. Your expertise in Kubernetes, Rancher, and Ansible will be critical as you deploy applications within a Kubernetes environment, leveraging Puppet and similar tools. Key responsibilities will include deploying applications seamlessly within Kubernetes clusters, leading a team of 5 professionals to create innovative approaches aligned with government guidelines, and engaging with industry experts including the government customer. The approximate pay range is $60-$100/hr, depending on level of experience and certifications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Devops, Cloud or Systems Engineer
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform
- Experience working with containerization tools (i.e Kubernetes, Rancher)
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background with open source products such as Kafka, Zookeeper, NiFi
- TS with SCI eligibility or active TS/SCI clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience as a team lead, mentor, or instructor
- Bachelors Degree
- Local to Colorado Springs
- Active Security + certification
