Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Modeling and Simulation Team Lead to support one of our federal clients in Suffolk, VA. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
- Establish working relationships and collaborate with USG counterparts to integrate multi-disciplinary projects; provide high-level oversight across projects to ensure consistent approaches, optimize resourcing, and facilitate enterprise-level integration.
- Develops new and/or integrates existing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models and command and control models.
- Develops software that simulates behavior of u and systems.
- Develops, integrates and uses graphical user interfaces and visualization tools.
- Models operational environments, performs trade studies via computer simulation and provides decision support for alternative architectures.
- Performs operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis.
- May build and design training models.
- Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines

Required Skills & Experience
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
