Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform Customization in Oracle Rightnow technologies application.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis, convert business requirements to technical requirements, design solutions.
• Ability to perform all testing including unit testing, system testing and integration testing for the all the deliverables.
• Taking Ownership of the end to end functionalities and assist Change Management (CM) team during the code migration.
• Preparing Knowledge transfer documents and hand over to the support team.
• Good Team personal skill and support global business
