Must Have
3-4 years Strong HTML / CSS knowledge and experience
3-4 years JavaScript (ES5/ES6) with jQuery experience
3-4 years React experience. 16.8 version or greater with Redux for state management
Strong understanding working with CMS templating concepts (Percussion, Rhytmix)
Strong understanding Git workflows with peer review experience.

Nice to Have
working experience in WCAG 2.1 accessibility
Uses pre-processors like SASS or PostCSS
Gulp or Grunt experience
Experience creating component library / global style guide. Storybook experience an added plus
Knowledge of JSP frameworks like Struts2.
Having some experience of using NextJS in React Apps.
Scrum / Agile experience
