Insight Global is looking for a Human Factors UI/UX Engineer for a Fortune 500 manufacturer in Grapevine, TX. This individual will be joining a team responsible for accelerating technology solutions based on insights from marketing research, both in software and hardware. This individual will be responsible for leading the visualization and design leveraging AI/ML content to create user-friendly digital interfaces while also collaborating with cross-functional teams (3rd parties as well as offshore). He or she should have knowledge/background in industrial design (or automotive) as well as knowledge of software development (U/UX).

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of relevant work experience within industrial or automotive design and/or manufacturing

8+ Years of UI/UX Engineering experience (Human Factors preferred)

AI/ML background - able to query insights to transform to a usable interface

Experience creating flows with Figma or similar prototyping tool

Agile experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Military or Automotive Background
- Python Coding
- Experience using Jira as the Agile tool
