UKG Workforce Management Consultant

Insight Global is looking for a UKG subject matter expert to join one of our largest non-profit clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the workforce development timekeeping application, working with workforce development HCM consultant and applying continuous improvement as needed between systems. The bulk of your responsibilities will be investigating and solving issues within the UKG Pro Workforce Management Module, as well as the UKG time clocks and iPad solution. Outside of that work, you will be responsible for researching and building new functionality as needed and provide feedback and documentation to appropriate teams on guidelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, including: Timekeeping, Time Clocks and Integrations.
Strong experience working independently without daily supervision.
Strong understanding and experience working through the full life cycle of a UKG Pro Workforce Management project including Analysis, Design, System Configuration, Testing, documentation, and go-live.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with UKG integration templates/extensions and Workforce Pro WFM
Experience with SQL
Experience with Windows Development
