Job Description
MD / DO board certified (or board eligible) in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
This is a clinical, full-time 1.0 FTE faculty position. Our team is expanding our outpatient palliative footprint within established clinical practices in the Charleston area. Primary clinical responsibilities will consist of outpatient palliative care. Education and training of fellows, residents, and medical students is a priority. A commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration, high quality palliative care, and outstanding communication skills are essential. Faculty appointment / rank / salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Overall cFTE and related number of clinical sessions will be offset proportionally by any funded effort for teaching or other leadership roles or grants that cover your salary.
Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and professional experience.
