Description
Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Urban Design Project Manager (Multiple Positions), Chicago, IL. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of planners, architects, designers, engineers and specialists on a variety of projects. Contribute to all phases of projects including analysis, design, public engagement and production of graphics, illustrations, renderings, etc. Create drawings and graphics including maps, illustrative plans, diagrams, sketches, renderings and 3D models. Assist in preparing presentations to clients and helping to manage those relationships. Manage smaller projects and assist in the management of larger projects. Assist in the development of fee and manage that fee. Work with clients to determine deliverable deadlines and work with project team to meet those deadlines. Perform review of project work for quality assurance and control. #GTM

Qualifications
Requirements
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field, and 6 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following: Utilizing urban form, urban typologies and best practices in urban design and planning; producing planning reports and documents; and Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS Pro map production and data management.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Managing project deadlines, developing client relationships, organizing project teams, and managing projects budget.
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 5% is required.
Telecommuting is permitted 2 days per week.
